Hillingdon Manor School, situated in the London Borough of Hillingdon, is an award winning specialist school catering for 95 day pupils with ASC and Asperger's Syndrome. Hillcrest Autism Services Limited, the Company which owns and operates Hillingdon Manor School has acquired an extensive new facility in Hayes, near Bromley. We are looking for an outstanding Head Teacher to open and develop this new school which will eventually cater for up to 140 day pupils across all key stages.

Applicants will need to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in ASC
  • Strong and proven leadership and management skills
  • The ability to initiate and implement change
  • A clear educational vision for the delivery of first class core curriculum
  • The ability to carry out all duties and responsibilities under the Education acts
  • Commitment to and experience of leading a multi-disciplinary team including therapists
