Exciting news!!! AKO is providing one free scholarship for the Danimation UK workshop

Danimation returns this year, after two years of holding online camps, due to COVID. This year, we are back and excited to announce that we will be in London as a new, added destination. We are so grateful that Anna Kennedy Online are donating a sponsorship, which one lucky winner will be able to access.

We are excited to announce that there are still spaces available in the workshop, details of which can be found on the flyer below. Please note, Danimation can offer discounted prices on the marked prices seen on the website for families that are struggling financially.

The one-week workshop teaches the fundamentals of creating digital 2-D animation using software Toon Boom. The camps are a fantastic opportunity for young people to nurture many soft skills in confidence, communication, and employment-based skills. We look at character design, storyboarding and voice overs.

The event specialises in teaching individuals on the autism spectrum and related differences and is led by Dani Bowman, a young woman on spectrum herself and who you may have seen featured in “Love on the Spectrum US” on Netflix.
