We are reaching some very extreme temperatures.
What applies to all dogs also applies to assistance/service dogs.
IF you have to go out in the day from 8am to 8pm please remember to make sure you have safety in place for your dog.
Some tips, information and safety guidance below:
It is better to not walk if it is too hot and to keep them alive.
You can also do some canine enrichment at home.
A day off does not matter, their lives matter much more.
