Shiatsu for Mental Health, Motivation and Vitality

In the fear-based society that we have become in these frightening, insecure and uncertain times along with the constant stream of negativity in the news and on social media, it is so important that we do everything we can to stay vital, motivated and mentally clear.
This week I’ve shared some very simple shiatsu techniques which can be shared within your bubbles, whether you are self-isolating or in hospital and regardless of ability, disability, different ability, mobility or situation. I’ve tried to share techniques for everyone as a global community.
Shiatsu boosts immunity, floods the body with essential happy hormones and coping chemicals, helps breathing, mental clarity, relaxation, sleep, and calm. It helps reduce blood pressure and heart rate as well as depression, stress, and anxiety.
So, wherever you are and whatever your situation, give these a whirl. You will really notice a difference, especially if practised regularly.
