Yoga for Autism and ADHD but EVERYONE can join in!

It is British Summer Time, and I am feeling full of life!!!! I can almost smell hope in the air!!
So, let us get that feel good factor zooming through our bodies with some fun Yoga. Let us get that dopamine and serotonin flooding up from the gut and into the brain!! 90% of our serotonin is in the gut and there are so many dopamine and serotonin neurotransmitters in the gut that it could actually run as an independent nervous system!!
These yoga poses also help with breathing, correcting reverse breathing and shallow mouth breathing, bringing the body to that gorgeous theta level. The whole nervous system is calmed and cleared.
Body and spatial awareness are boosted as well whilst the brain is stimulated with focus, attention, concentration, and motivation. And all shared in a very informal, playful way that included everyone. These poses can be put into games and yoga stories or simply done as yoga exercises. They can be done anywhere – inside, outside, the park, the beach – just not on sofas!!!!!
